The Law Firm of Diaz & Associates is a multi-jurisdictional, full service law firm with offices located in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. The Firm is headed by its namesake, Christian S. Diaz, Esq. and his Partner, Adrian J. Johnson, Esq. The Firm currently employees over twenty five staff members across its five offices and is expanding services to additional jurisdictions as part of its controlled growth strategy. The practice is founded on principals of professionalism, responsiveness and commitment. Michael Fletcher (non-attorney) who is the long-serving Executive Director of Operations is responsible for the management of all Firm offices. Mr. Fletcher's team's responsibilities include, but are not limited to administration, marketing, human resources, vendor management, business development, and administrative client services for the Firm. Mr. Fletcher is credited for maintaining over 300 open cases on a continuous basis and his leadership has generated over 300 new clients per year for the last five years.
